We are a creative architectural studio located in Batavia, Illinois. With a passion for exceptional design and quality plan drafting, we strive to bring innovative and functional spaces to life.
Using computer-aided design a home is created from the "ground up" in 3D - seen as it would look in when later constructed. A client's ideas, sketches, and pictures become the home. Existing plan files from another file based software can also be used - thereby converting a previously drawn two-dimensional plan into a 3D rendering.

SERVICES
Building Documents
Beyond 3D rendering and the initial phases of designing a home, what does a set of building documents include? Home builders and contractors know, but what about the average homeowner seeking an architect or designer's services. The below images are an example of what we do when building documents are needed for permit review and the construction of your home - from new construction to additions & remodels.
From New Construction...to Additions and Remodels

The plans: Floor(s), Foundation, Electrical & Framing (if needed).

Elevations: Exterior (all sides), Interior (cabinetry).
In addition to the plans, you'll need wall sections, details, building sections (if needed), and overall notes.
A lot goes into a set of drawings, but it's the job of the designer to portray a customer's plan.

After design with the expansion / addition of entry porch
A client's eye for what is needed, or missing in their home is always foremost to a successful change. This homeowner also picked the color scheme, which became as important to the integral look as the addition to the home itself.
